Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, supply, and distribution of Expol brand industrial lubricants manufactured and marketed by Satyam Lubricants. By purchasing our products, the buyer agrees to comply with the following conditions.

1. General

• These Terms apply to all sales contracts between Satyam Lubricants (Expol) and its customers.
• No changes to these Terms are valid unless agreed in writing by Satyam Lubricants.
• All transactions are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

2. Orders & Pricing

• Orders must be placed through authorized representatives of Satyam Lubricants.
• Prices may be revised without prior notice; the price confirmed at order acceptance applies.
• Taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are to be made as per agreed terms—advance, credit, or against delivery.
• Late payments may attract interest charges as per company policy.
• Goods remain the property of Satyam Lubricants until full payment is made.

4. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
• Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched from our facility.
• The buyer is responsible for any damage incurred during transport or handling after dispatch.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Expol brand name, trademarks, packaging, and promotional materials remain the property of Satyam Lubricants.
• Unauthorized use, alteration, or misuse of branding is prohibited without written permission.

6. Force Majeure

Satyam Lubricants is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
